"I first contacted Tim Jennings (from T and H Services) via email on November 7th concerning an access to our attic that we needed cut out. He responded quickly, and set up an appointment the following Monday. He was on time for this appointment, was friendly and helpful, and clearly had experience with this sort of job. On November 11th, He appeared promptly at 8am and began work immediately, with the materials he needed already purchased. He worked quickly and efficiently, and easily finished the job within the estimated time. The finished product looks great and we are happy with his work.
